[Ban][Perma] Dick Nose (a.k.a Robert Holmes)

2. Player was initially reported by 3 players to be spawnkilling and RDMing. A warning was given to follow the rules. Later I caught this player inside the hotel on gm_postnuke spamming blue barrels. I captured screenshots and permabanned on the spot.
