what happen when you go over your weight limited?

absolutely nothing unfortunately

so you can go over your weight limited and nothing happen.

well you cant pick up things if you hit the top ingame but if you hav tools or anything out they automatically teleport into your inventory by default thus going over the limit

this only happens when stuff gets returned to you when you leave the server. For example, if you have several miners and turrets out. The thing is, you will not be able to place any more items in your inventory if your at or over the limit.

We do realize that this may seem odd for us to do it this way, but it was the best method that we found when we created the World Cache. When you spawn a tool in the world, its tracked with what we call the world cache. This protects you from loosing it if the server crashes or if you leave without picking up your stuff.

so what level backpacking do i need to have car in my inventory?

Car's dont exactly store in your pack per say, so they dont take up pack space.
